JOURNEY PLAIN FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- HOW DO I ORDER MULTIPLE UNITS OF DIFFERENT COLORS OF THE SAME PRODUCT?
You may want to order multiple versions of a product in different colors or sizes for yourself and to gift loved ones. That’s very thoughtful of you. Here’s how to do it:
- On the product page select your color or size and click ADD TO CART. Your cart page will open immediately.
- You can edit the quantity you’d like inside your cart.
- If you’d like to grab another variant (color, flavor or size), either click the name of the product in your cart OR click the "back" arrow/button on your browser. (Don’t worry, your product will be saved to your cart for your entire browsing session). You should be back on the same product page again.
- Now select a different color or size of the same product and click ADD TO CART. When your cart page opens up again, you will see the product you’ve added as well as any products you have added moments before. You can adjust the quantity again.
- If you want an additional color or size repeat the process outlined above.
- When you’ve got everything you need, you can click the CHECKOUT button. Or you can exit your cart and continue shopping for other products.
- When you’re all done, you will find the cart with all your saved items and their respective quantities in the top right hand corner of our site. Click on it and proceed to our Checkout and Payments pages for your goods. We’ll handle the rest!
- DO I NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO ORDER ON JOURNEY PLAIN?
NO! You can pay with any debit or credit card OR with PayPal. For your peace of mind, we use PayPal as our trusted payment processor. You can pay as a guest with any Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover and American Express cards. You are also welcome to login and pay with your PayPal account if you’d like.
- WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Your tracking number and tracking instructions will be sent to you via e-mail once available. This could take up to 7 days, as our suppliers process thousands of orders every day.
Please note, that some shipping locations do not have a tracking number. If you live outside of the USA, Europe and Australia, depending on your country’s shipping and Customs capabilities, it can sometimes be difficult to track your product. If you have not received your goods, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GOODS TO BE DELIVERED?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your goods to be delivered. We curate our unique Simple Life Goods from many different parts of the world and have dedicated suppliers that process thousands of orders daily.
Our customers are often pleasantly surprised that their goods arrive sooner than expected, but please note that we cannot give you a refund if your product arrives late (see our Refund Policy). We can only follow up on its status for you.
Note: Customers residing outside the USA, Europe and Australia may experience longer shipping times due to local Customs and Border laws. We cannot be held responsible for this. Please inform yourself about your country’s Customs Duties, as there may be an amount you must pay your government to release the goods.
- WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT AN ORDER I HAVE PLACED?
When your order is placed, we aim to process it expediently so that your Simple Life Goods can be shipped to you at the nearest opportunity.
However, it’s normal to have cold feet, and that’s why we have a 24-hour cancellation window. Simply send us an e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order and make sure you get a Cancellation Confirmation e-mail from us.
6. WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING ALL MY GOODS AT THE SAME TIME
To improve shipping times, we insist that products are shipped immediately as they are available. We will not hold back shipping to wait for additional products. You will with time receive the rest of your order. Look on the bright side, you may get the pleasure of unpacking more than one parcel!
